What is Learning to Learn?
Learning to Learn (LtL) is a teacher development program that seeks to build the capacity of educators:
- to think and act with a spirit of inquiry and rigor,
- to meaningfully connect schools with their communities,
- and to engage in processes of community development.
LtL fosters in teachers a deeper consciousness of their role in exercising moral leadership, a responsibility inherent in the teaching profession but that has been, in many contexts, diminished over time.
LtL Curriculum
Learning to Learn is organized in three modules completed over 12 months. Each module is a carefully crafted unit of learning, with intensive study and practical application. Modules integrate: study, application, reflection, and accompaniment. The curriculum is an organized and flexible system prepared for contextualization across educational settings.
